With so many conflicting ideas about how to eat, when to eat, what to eat, etc. it is often confusing what choices are best for you. The beauty of The Dish on Healthy is that is can be helpful and inspiring for all diet types. There are vegan options, gluten free, low fat, whole foods, raw foods, and everything in between. The focus is on real, quality foods that nourish not only your body, but also your taste buds.
