A patient and friend of the Xiaolan Health Centre has released a new book that we are proud to share with you:
 
Registered psychotherapist and mental health advocate Stacey Gorlicky shares her personal exploration of body image, sexuality and addiction in her first book,
Food, Sex & You: Untangling Body Obsession in a Weight-Obsessed World  examines the delicate correlation between the need for food and the desire for sex – two of the most powerful engines driving evolution. In addressing the vital connection between food and sex, the book documents both Stacey’s personal battle as well as her experiences with clients on overcoming obsessions and fears around the two evolutionary drives.
